Express Self Storage is a member of the Texas Self Storage Association and as such uses the TSSA's lease to better serve and protect you our valued customer. Using a TSSA member for your storage needs, assures you that your interests (not just the facility owner's) will be protected by TSSA's nationally-recognized standardized rental contract. TSSA's members agree to abide by the TSSA code of ethics as a condition of membership, and are typically well educated about self-storage laws and consumer rights.
Normal storage rental is month to month with no long term contract. Simply come into one of our 4 locations, fill out a rental application, pay the pro-rated move in price (calculated on a prorated, day to day basis, for move in only) and you're ready; move your belongs in right then or secure your unit, with your own lock, and move in at your convenience. Rent is due again on the 1st of the month until you decide you no longer need our facilities, we only need 10 days notice, via quick note, e-mail or stop by the office will make sure you're ready to move out.
